The Geddes St Carriage House project was completed in Fall 2024. Working alongside Centrix Building Group, this property was transformed from a single dwelling to a double dwelling, seamlessly blending modern functionality with historic charm.

The landscape was designed to be both beautiful and practical, featuring greenery, paver pathways and natural stone steps, and cozy seating areas that complement the original historic limestone home.
